Creating a Status Page

Learn how to create and configure a status page in exit1.dev.

Step 1: Create the Page

  1. Navigate to Status Pages in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Status Page
  3. Enter a name for your status page
  4. Choose Public or Private visibility
  5. Click Create

Step 2: Add Checks

Select which monitoring checks to display on your status page:

Individual Checks

Select specific checks from your check list. Each check will appear as a line item on the status page.

Folder-Based Inclusion

Select an entire folder to include all checks within it. When you add new checks to the folder, they automatically appear on the status page.

Step 3: Configure Display

Ordering

Drag and drop checks to arrange them in the order you want them displayed.

Grouping

Group related checks under headings to organize your status page logically. For example:

  • Core Services - API, Website, Database
  • Integrations - Payment Gateway, Email Service
  • Infrastructure - CDN, DNS

Step 4: Publish

Once configured, your status page is live at its generated URL. Share this URL with your users or set up a custom domain.

Managing Status Pages

Editing

Click on a status page to modify its settings, checks, or widgets at any time.

Deleting

Delete a status page from its settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
