Upgrading
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan and pick a tier
- Enter your payment information
- Your account is upgraded immediately
Downgrading
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan and pick a lower tier
- Your plan changes at the end of the current billing period
- Resources above the new tier’s limits are paused: checks beyond the monitor cap, extra webhooks, extra status pages, and — when leaving Pro or Agency — API keys and SMS alerts
