Plans & Pricing
exit1.dev offers four plans. Pick the one that fits your monitoring needs — upgrade or downgrade anytime.
The ladder is monotonic: every tier is a strict superset of the one below it. Caps only rise, check intervals only get faster, and no feature is ever taken away by moving up. Check interval is the primary axis — how fast do you want to know — with the team-and-scale features layered on at Nano and Pro.

🕐 Coming soon — feature flagged on Pro but not yet generally available.
Save roughly 17–25% with annual billing on any paid plan.
API and MCP access are on every plan, including Free. They are the same entitlement — if a plan can mint an API key, it can use the MCP server. Free mints one. See MCP integration.
The Live page is on every plan too. Real-time WebSocket probe streaming with scrolling charts and raw-probe tables is not a paid feature.

Retired plans
Agency was retired and folded into Pro, which carries every former Agency entitlement. Existing Agency subscribers keep working with no capability loss. Scale and Starter are legacy plan keys that resolve to Pro and Nano respectively.
Upgrading
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan and pick a tier
- Enter your payment information
- Your account is upgraded immediately
Downgrading
- Navigate to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan and pick a lower tier
- Your plan changes at the end of the current billing period
- Resources above the new tier’s limits are paused, never deleted
On a downgrade, exit1 prunes to the new plan’s caps rather than switching everything off: the newest monitors within your new cap keep running, checks beyond it are disabled (not deleted), check intervals are widened to the new floor, and extra webhooks, API keys and status pages are disabled. Status-page branding and pinned regions are cleared if the new plan doesn’t include them. Everything comes back if you re-subscribe.
